FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for single-band signal generation in different radio engineering devices and for reverse conversion (demodulation) of single-band signal. Each of multipliers in converter includes magnetic filed former with induction vector being perpendicular to transforming element plane. Transforming element is made of material with high Hall factor value. First input of multiplier is a magnetic field former input whereas the second multiplier input is the first contact of transforming element. Besides, multiplier output is formed by the other transforming element contact located in transforming element side adjoining first contact side. Optionally, magnetic field former is represented with half-wave vibrator or slotted waveguide radiator or loop. Transforming element is situated at a remote distance from magnetic field former but no more than one eighth of transformed signal wave length.
EFFECT: improvement of radio engineering signal conversion and increase of conversion linearity within the broadband of SHF range.
