FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing snack canned food. Method of cans production involves preparation of recipe components, boiling, shelling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and blanching potatoes and tomatoes, blanching and cutting carrots, cutting and freezing lettuce and greenstuffs, freezing fresh green peas, cutting whiting fillet, cucumber pickles and brined mushrooms, mixing the above components without oxygen access with table salt and calcium lactate, mixing sour cream and mayonnaise in proportion by weight 1:2, packing the obtained mixes. The invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
