FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to manufacturing of fish-and-vegetable cans. The cans are manufactured by cutting and sautéing leek in vegetable oil, cutting and freezing bunching onion, grating and sautéing garlic in vegetable oil, mixing of the above components without oxygen access with tomato paste, table salt and black pepper, cutting, breading in wheat flour and sautéing bream fillet in vegetable oil, packing of bream fillet, the obtained mix and fish broth, hermetic sealing and sterilisation. The invention allows manufacturing of canned food with good digestibility.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
