SUBSTANCE: invention refers to light industry, particularly to outwear designed for tourism and winter kinds of sport; it also can be used in rescue service clothes. The jacket contains a stand-up collar, pockets in upper and lower portions of flaps designed for placing mobile devices in them, and additional components such as links and holes which create a system of switching with an off-line power source in form of a solar battery. The link of the switching system is located on the inside surface of the jacket between the interior pocket and a through hole through which a cord connected to an electron mobile device in the interior pocket runs to outside surface of the jacket and is connected to a panel of the solar battery. The panel of the solar battery is built in on the exterior side of unfastening flap attached to a back of the jacket. The invention provides protection of a man from weather in long walks, reliable placement of the switching system and also facilitates easy jacket maintenance.

EFFECT: creating a jacket facilitating a reliable protection from weather.
