SUBSTANCE: detachable traveller-coupling consists of coupling of a race, including top of fabric top uniform with signs of difference, and facilities for fixation of coupling at shoulder belt clothing, including a double length of traveller with through slots on upper edges at shirt in uniform gate, said button or similar to retainer, and belt loops, attached to outfit below limb girdle, to enable shoulder mark in eyelet and coupling with subsequent coaxial fixation of both edges in folded twice state. Additionally there is a second button at top of specified notches or similar to lock edge of shoulder mark attached to hose uniform with possibility of selective fixation of one end of shoulder mark or at first or second flap or similar to lock, and on surface of shoulder mark, which is internal in its folded twice state within its upper half-length and width are fixed elements of mobile equipment in composition at least one solar panel and means of switching with electrical accumulating and/or directly electrical accumulating mobile devices.
