SUBSTANCE: universal thermos-accumulator can be used for cooking meals on the open sources of heat energy; it also can be used at public catering enterprises and in private business. A universal thermos-accumulator contains a case with double walls and internal thermo insulation, a cover, and a bottom designed to be detached if necessary. The case can hold a cooking container. The cooking container represents a bin or a pot, or a tea pot. There are radial projections on the interior surface of the case which serve for placement of baking trays or grilles on them. The cover of the thermos is equipped with a shutter with a valve. Latches for securing the cover and the bottom are attached to the upper and lower portions of the case. A tray with shifters in kind of spring loaded bands is located in the lower portion of the case; at that the tray is fabricated out of copper.

EFFECT: reduction of heat losses of a cooking capacity of a thermos at cooking meals.
