FIELD: energy saving cooking metal utensils.
SUBSTANCE: energy saving cooking utensil has cylindrical reservoir equipped with conical straight bottom of low height, with apex of bottom being turned downward. Radial ribs are spaced apart along arc of circle at lower surface of bottom, on its apex, at 1/2, 1/3 the length of generatrix, from angle portion where bottom is joined to cylindrical surface of reservoir. Similar vertical ribs are provided as continuation of radial ribs on bottom, said vertical ribs extending along generatrix of cylindrical surface of reservoir to upper edge thereof and diametrically arranged arced members. Ribbed cylindrical reservoir rests upon annular part of upper vacuum shell, which embraces cylindrical part of lower vacuum shell. Upper vacuum shell located on the top of lower vacuum shell is equipped with collar provided on its lower side and adapted for preventing offset of said shells in horizontal plane. Offset of upper and lower shells in vertical plane is prevented by securing thereof by means of at least three equally spaced apart latches. Reservoir closure is also made in the form of vacuum energy saving shell. Outer enclosures are provided with contact thrusts arranged in triangular pattern and adapted for preventing shell enclosures from joining with one another under the action of atmospheric pressure and from losing their heat-insulating properties.
EFFECT: increased energy saving efficiency during cooking of foods and provision for subsequent retention of heat in the same reservoir.
