FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of enrichment of natural resources that is to apparatuses for gravitational enrichment and can be used for recovery of a useful component out of various granular materials. The vibroconcentrator contains a box, a vibroexciter, a concentrating element fabricated from transverse ribs and a longitudinal groove; the transverse ribs are inclined toward the longitudinal groove; the number of ribs, the height and the incline angle thereof may vary, the ribbed coating of the concentrating element is made wear-proof; a concentrate receiving bin is installed at the outlet of the longitudinal groove; frequencies and amplitudes of vibration of the box with the concentrating element may vary. The concentrating element is made as removable cassettes fixed on the box, the transverse ribs of which are fabricated in the shape of two mirrored truncated semi-cones of a larger and a smaller diameter facing each other, divided into halves in planes by axial lines. The larger bases of the semi-cones face the longitudinal groove and are interconnected firmly by generatrices in the bottom part, thus forming conic cavities with slotted inlets into the cavities from the side of charging the vibroconcentrator. Upper edges of semi-cones are arranged in horizontal planes thus providing the incline of the bottom of conic cavities toward the longitudinal groove. Upper edges of adjacent semi-cones of the larger and the smaller diameter are firmly interconnected from outer sides by inclined plates. The semi-cones of conic cavities are supported by the cassettes frames with longitudinal ribs, between which a longitudinal groove is located in the middle part of the frame. The ends of semi-cones from the side of smaller bases are firmly fixed to lateral vertical walls of the cassettes and from the side of larger bases they are provided with an inclined cut toward the longitudinal groove and fastened to the inclined walls of the cassettes. The bottom part of inclined walls is movable, so that conic cavities can be periodically opened into the internal cavity of the longitudinal groove.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of gravitational enrichment of natural resources in a wide range of grain size.
