METHOD OF FORECASTING OF HEMATOSIS HYPOPLASIA DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATED WITH CYTOSTATIC THERAPY OF IMMUNE-MEDIATED DISEASES OF NERVOUS AND MUSCULAR SYSTEMS Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC G01N33/48 

FIELD: medicine; neurology.

SUBSTANCE: patient is examined for blood corpuscle number prior to and repeatedly in course of treatment. Then, on the ground of resulted data proportionality factor k is evaluated related to individual properties of patient's organism by formula Q=Q₀e^kt, where Q- blood corpuscle number, Q₀ - blood corpuscle number prior to treatment, t - cytostatic therapy duration, in days, assuming that Q=Q₁, where Q₁ - duration for reevaluation, t=t₁, where t₁ - cytostatic therapy duration prior to reevaluation, in days. Further, using calculated values Q₀ and k, haematosis hypoplasia development is forecasted by formula for Q calculation.

EFFECT: method application provides increased accuracy and effective forecasting of by-effects caused by cytostatic therapy, and also makes it possible to carry out pathogenetic therapy preventing leukocytopenia.
