SUBSTANCE: EKSYD key distribution circuit for cluster networks includes the confidence centre comprising the processor and the memory and functioning at the stage of key blocks shaping and distribution. Each module of the cluster network also includes a processor, a memory and a receiver-transmitter. Also, according to the suggested key distribution circuit functioning method there is a number of operations including formation of the carrier incidence array of a predefined size, the incidence array of a predefined size, the EKSYD circuit incidence array as well as the key pool of the network and the key pool of each cluster.
