SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic systems for storing, transmitting and processing information. method of sending protected data in electronic form, where cryptographic means of the distribution center and information recipients use hardware cryptographic modules; all actions of the parties are made on the protected hardware and software complex of the distribution center, and the cryptographic modules of the recipients, ready for use, are delivered via the delivery channels to the recipients of the protected data; access to the memory of the cryptographic module is protected by an individual password or key set by the distribution center, and access to each public key of the distribution center to form a pair of data encryption key or a separate piece of data is protected by an additional password or access key, also established by the distribution center; at some point the sending center informs the recipient of the password or the access key to the memory of the cryptographic module, and then the recipient of the information can access the public key of the distribution center to generate a decryption key for a particular piece of data, generate this key and decrypt the data.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of level of security data.
