SUBSTANCE: invention substance lies in separation of tympanic membrane epidermal layer, perforation closure with transplant placed outside on preliminary uncovered fibrous layer. Thus epidermal layer is completely separated; autofascial transplant is laid and thereafter covered with separated epidermal layer of tympanic membrane.
EFFECT: provided engraftment; preserved tympanic cavity volume and improved sound conduction.
