FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical instrument engineering and can be used for the prevention or treatment of walking and running biomechanics. Device contains 2 boots, each containing mechanism pressuring reflexogenic zone as pneumatic modules consisting of pneumatic chamber, pressure source represented by compressor electric motor connected through receiver provided with pressure sensor and regulating valves, with each pneumatic chamber. Electric motor input controlling compressor, drivers of receiver regulating valves and output of pressure sensor are connected through coupler to compressor. Each boot represents individual footwear, pneumatic modules number for each boot is equal to 2. Compressor and receiver are common for all pneumatic modules. Receiver by means of separate air hose is connected to each pneumatic chamber additionally furnished with electric pneumatic valve supplying air through from receiver to pneumatic chamber and discharging surplus air from pneumatic chamber to atmosphere, as well as providing pressure in pneumatic chamber equal to atmospheric. Control input of each electric pneumatic valve and each pressure sensors are connected through coupler to microprocessor. Each boot additionally contains inner sole of size corresponding to individual footwear size. Inner sole is furnished with jig for detachable pneumatic chambers holding. Pneumatic chambers are designed so that if pressure supplied they can increase volume by vector, perpendicular to foot sole plane, shape and size of instep foot. Shape and size of pneumatic chamber of the second pneumatic module correspond to shape and size of calcaneal region. Device versions differ by pneumatic chambers.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and design simplification.
