SUBSTANCE: machine includes a bunker with feeding grid and horizontal rotary-vane mixer, external heat insulation, and a slide valve at the bottom for outlet of solid inclusions. Fluid is transported from the bunker to a launder vessel by an auger. The launder vessel includes a screw conveyer with an outlet channel in the upper part for solid inclusions. A channel connects the launder vessel via a side reservoir to a collector vessel and hydraulic cyclone pump for additional washing. Over the feeding grid a vibrator and cleaning fluid sprayer are placed. The vibrator can move in horizontal and vertical planes. A channel with a collector vessel and a pump connects the hydraulic cyclone for additional washing with a separator of oil and cleaning fluid. A cleaning fluid feeding channel connects the separator with a container for cleaning fluid preparation which, in turn, is connected to the cleaning fluid sprayer delivering the fluid to the bunker, and forms a closed system of cleaning fluid feeding and regeneration.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of high-viscosity oil-stained soil treatment and separation of oil from soil.
