FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: to perform the chemical purification of soil from oil products it is neutralised by mixing with a reagent, which is represented for the mixture with self-decomposing ferrovanadium slag, containing 26% SiO2, 9% Al2O3, 6% MgO, 56% CaO, 2% W2O5, 1% P2O5. Before mixing crushing and separation of soil to the particle size of 4-5 mm are carried out. The formed mixture is burnt in a chamber furnace at a temperature of 750-800°C, the products of combustion are removed, the purified soil is supplied for economic use. An installation for the realisation of the described method contains a bin 1, a vibrator 2, a mixing device 3. Additionally installed are: a chamber furnace 4 with gas purification, a separator 5 between the vibrator 2 and the mixing device 3. The mixing device is provided with a batcher 6 for slag, with the output of the mixing device 3 being connected to the input of the chamber furnace 4, on the output of which a discharge device 8 for the purified soil is installed.
EFFECT: considerable increase of an intensity of the soil purification from oil products independently on the season, a possibility to meet the standards of fire and ecological safety.
