FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: braking indication device is used in motor vehicles to replace the third (additional) or the third and main braking signals. The said device incorporates, at least, one tail light and the main and auxiliary lighting element, the first can be made as light sections, while the second can make the light shape illumination or a deceleration scale. There are also furnished the braking system drive pickup, deceleration pickup and control circuit. The latter allows not only cutting in and out the main and auxiliary lights depending upon braking character and intensity, the also to correct the lights brightness allowing for deceleration rate and its dynamics. In case the fender lights and anti-fog lights are on, rear anti-fog light and sound sources are switched on additionally in emergency braking along with auxiliary lights on recognising the necessity in braking by means of a radar or any other system. The control system communication with anti-fog lights sources, the use of these sources automatic and manual switching unit along with emergency and sound signaling in pulsed mode or recording emergent or pre-emergent vehicle state by appropriate pickups allow a notable increase in accuracy of due time and range of the vehicle detection in the above state, as well as in emergency braking in conditions of limited visibility.

EFFECT: lights can be used for remote control of the security and special signaling system, leaving alone their primary purpose.
