FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: structural block is made with provision for making a flat structure by aligning several blocks in the form of a flat object in such a way that their external peripheral surfaces are in contact with surfaces of adjacent blocks. The structural block has through-passing openings for putting linear tension components in the form of rods, depressed parts, formed on the upper and lower surfaces, forming external peripheral surfaces, which intersect the axial direction of the through passing openings, made with provision for putting other tension components into them, intersecting the axes of the said tension components, and through passing cavities, open on the zones of aforesaid upper and lower surfaces and interlinked in the direction along the peripheral surfaces when there is contact of the said peripheral surface with the corresponding peripheral surfaces of the adjacent structural block. Description is given of the structural panel, made using the blocks. The method of making the structural panel is also described.
