FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method of extraction of hydrocarbons out of an underground deposit of tar sand or a deposit of heavy oil, possessing high viscosity. This invention facilitates simplification of the method and increases its efficiency due to an increased area of deposit coverage. The essence of the invention is as follows: for extraction of hydrocarbons the method includes boring and preparing to operation, then installing casing columns of pressure wells with horizontal end sections and of producing wells with horizontal end sections in the deposit below the level of the pressure well; the method also includes forming of a permeable zone between pressure and producing wells. According to the invention boring of pressure and producing wells is carried out to one of the area pattern with a determined distance between them and a height between their horizontal end sections not less, than 5 metres. Each casing column, lowered before forming of horizontal end sections of pressure and producing wells, is exposed along the whole perimeter at immediate vicinity from a bottom hole. A deflector is lowered into each well prior to interaction with the bottom hole; the said deflector guides its output channels into the exposed section; then a required number of horizontal end sections of the well are made sequentially per each exposed section of the casing column. After lowering of heat isolating pipe column in each well above the exposed section a packer is installed; the said packer isolates annular space between the casing column and heat isolated pipe column to eliminate thermal effect to the well above the packer.

EFFECT: method simplifies extraction of hydrocarbons from an underground deposit and increases its efficiency due to increased area of deposit coverage.
