FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry, more particular to methods of development of hydrocarbons in wells by means of bed exposure with horizontal channels and with a heat effect onto the bed; the invention can be used for extraction of high viscous oil and bitumen. The invention also facilitates upgraded efficiency of the method and reduced cost of production. The essence of the invention is as follows: the method includes assembly of a well, bed exposure out of well by means of horizontal channels; the method further includes supply of a heat carrier into the bed, production gathering and pumping it out to the surface. At that the well is assembled with a bottom hole below a subface of the bed. Water proof works are performed above an upper boundary and lower, than the subface of the bed. The bed is exposed from the well closer to the subface on horizontal sections arranged as alternating along the perimeter of the well rays of perforated branches and longer pipes, impressed into the bed with a rise from the well. Then upper, middle and perforated lower collectors are installed, and a space between the middle and lower collector at the level of the subface is pressure tight blocked with a partition of the well, thus creating a reservoir beneath which is equipped with three pipelines. The first pipeline is designed for catching a light fraction. The second pipeline with a pump is purposed for pumping out high viscous oil and bitumen. The third pipeline with the second pump serves for pumping out water from the lower part of the reservoir. At that the upper collector is connected with the lower one via a distant controlled flow switch and is also connected via heat proof pipes with a surface steam generator, while the perforated branches and pipes via the distant controlled gates are correspondingly connected with the upper and middle collectors, the middle of which is also connected to the reservoir. At its mouth the well is equipped with a pressure tight chamber with a lift. Upon operation the heat carrier from the steam generator flows to perforated branches and pipes via the heat proof pipes, upper collector and upper gates; while the bed production from the perforated branches and pipes comes into the reservoir via the lower gates and the middle collector; at that water, high viscous oil and bitumen by means of pumps and light fractions through pipelines are lifted to the mouth of the well out of the said reservoir.
EFFECT: upgraded efficiency of the method of extraction of high viscous oil and bitumen at reduced production cost.
