FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: ultraviscous oil recovery process requires straight well construction to total depth, of modular annuli with dirt removal from a flat internal surface. A butt of the first annulus has a cutting ring. Horizontal wells are drilled in the form of perforated pipe supplied with filters, centering skids and nozzle flat ends. A heat-carrier is supplied in a bed through an upper collector, remote gate valves, perforated pipes and horizontal surface casing chambers. Production collection in an underground reservoir is carried out through the perforated pipes and horizontal surface casing chambers. Production pumping-out is ensured by any conventional pumps effectively operated in these conditions. Height of rows of the horizontal wells and their number are determined by bed formation thickness and an accepted recovery procedure. Prior to indentation of the perforated pipe, a sealing elastic removable membrane is placed in its central tube. The heat-carrier is supplied in the horizontal wells by the upper collectors and remote gate valves through a number of the perforated pipes and/or the horizontal surface casing chambers in occasionally varied combination with using the remote gate valves according to the operating conditions.

EFFECT: more effective ultraviscous oil recovery.
