FIELD: mechanics, measurements.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to force measurement hardware and can be used in measuring forces in checking up production processes or in calibration of operating force pickups. The device comprises parallel disks with aligned central bores receiving the force imparting elements, a hinge and force pickups arranged between the disks and a spherical-shape element. The disks and pickups are interconnected by fasteners arranged in the disks central aligned bores regularly along their periphery, while the pickups are parallel. The disk side surfaces are made tapered, while the disk face each other with their smaller surfaces with tapered recesses made at their canters to interact with the spherical shape element. The through aligned bores communicate with the grooves made at tapered surfaces of every disk, the grooves accommodating the pickups. Note that interacting surfaces of the fasteners and those of the aligned bores are spherical.
EFFECT: extended measurement range with smaller errors, simpler mounting and operation.
