FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: stand includes base, supports, loading device with dynamometer, and disc-shaped sample placed between the supports with pads out of material with elasticity coefficient lower than that of the sample material, one of the supports is rigidly fixated on the base and is stationary while the other support is mobile and is connected to loading device by a rod. The stand features fixation device and case with one wall functioning as support attached rigidly to the base, and guide hole for the rod is made in the opposite wall. Cylindrical grooves are made at the disc edge in diametric opposition, and roller-shaped pads are positioned in the grooves, where rated diameters of rollers and grooves are equal and are far less than the disc diameter, while the fixation device is mounted in a case, ensuring coaxial positioning of the rod, rollers and the disc.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of determining sample material strength limit.
