SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of electronic games, particularly to the methods and devices for conducting the remote electronic games, predominantly with money rates with the realisation of contra accounts and the payment of rewards to participants on the results of the game, and it can be used for organising any forms of the remote games between the subscribers of the networks of different operators of mobile connection. The method of conducting games consists in the fact that from the personal communication device to the play centre of the united play network the Sms-messages about participation in the game are sent, on the basis of which the selection of the game, its conducting, determining the player-conqueror and doing the accounts depending on the results of the game are accomplished. Thus, a uniform game network is formed of, at least, two operators of mobile communication and the game is carried out simultaneously, both directly between subscribers inside of each separate operator of communication, and directly between subscribers of various operators of the communication entering into a uniform game network. A system which realises this method as well an the method of fulfilling the cash and settlement operations according to the results of conducting the games is also described.
