SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of remote access games and is relevant for methods and systems of digital audiovisual data receipt and transfer. The draw lottery game organisation method envisages clients' log-in with the drawing centre, collection of game participation fee to be reimbursed by the clients, selected game implementation by the client by way of a specific game combination direction, specification of at least one winner combination and payment of prizes. The winner combination specification is done by the lottery equipment random number generator with the drawing centre charged with maintaining databases on all the logged clients, collecting and storing information on the previous draws and providing for data signals broadcast and transfer to the prize payment outlets. The draw lottery game system consists of a drawing centre, lottery equipment supporting exchange of data with the latter and a book-making system communicating with the drawing centre. The system is to include a videoserver supporting exchange of data with the drawing centre and new clients log-in system or at least a single cash collection/payoff outlet and a broadcasting automation system connected to the videoserver. The drawing centre includes a database, a control module with an administrative interface connected to the database, an SMS processing module, an Internet lottery book-making interface, a remote cash collection module, a cash collection interface, a cash payoff interface and a new client data manual input interface.

EFFECT: providing for round-the-clock continuity of the lottery gaming process and extension of the lottery gaming system functional capabilities due to increase of the number of both users and ways of access to the gaming process.
