FIELD: heating, heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to storages of radioactive waste. The storage of radioactive waste contains tanks or capsules, placed in storage premises equipped with ventilation inlet and outlet channels connected to atmosphere with air ducts. The outlets of the ventilation channels of the storage premises are connected with atmosphere via a common for them central outlet air duct of a vertical tower. The inlet ventilation channels in the storage premises are located in their lower part. The inlet, connected to atmosphere, windows of the inlet air ducts are located at a level lower, than the outlet cross section of the central outlet air duct. In at least one common for storage premises air duct (either inlet or outlet) a pneumatic turbine with an electric generator is installed, the said electric generator is mainly reversible. In the upper part of the tower a wind electric station is assembled; via a commutator this station is electrically connected to an external source of energy and to an electric machine of the turbine, also the nozzle device reducing pressure at the outlet from the tower is installed. Additionally in the channel of the tower there are installed heat exchangers cooling and/or heating water and connected with exterior sources of heat or with the heat consumers, filters and absorbers of exhaust gases.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the storage of radioactive waste, its independence from the exterior sources of electric energy as well as provision of its operation in the mode of generating heat and electrical energy supplied to external consumers.
