SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Electric power generating device using pneumatic accumulators comprises power plant connected to air compressor drive with liquid cooling system, compressor outlet is connected to pneumatic accumulators. Liquid cooling system comprises a heat exchanger which is connected through a system of pipelines containing a pump to the input of a thermostatic storage container for heating liquid, output of the thermostatically controlled container through the pump is connected to the heat exchanger of the heating liquid, located on the outer surface of the compressed air supply nozzle into the horizontally located aerodynamic pipe, inlet of nozzle is connected via central pipeline with pneumatic accumulators, nozzle outlet is located along axis of symmetry of inlet part of aerodynamic pipe, wherein periphery of inlet part of aerodynamic pipe is connected to atmosphere, and on other side is adjacent to mixing chamber, which length is at least 10 times greater than its diameter, at the outlet of the mixing chamber there is a grid, which is a cellular structure of metal strips, which adjoins the working part of the aerodynamic pipe, consisting of in-series installed pipe sections of cylindrical shape of different diameter, connected by confusers, wherein inside the cylindrical sections coaxially with them are installed at least two axial turbines, each of which through a reducer is connected to its electric generator, wherein at the outlet of the aerodynamic pipe there is a diffuser, inside which there are heating elements connected to the output of one of the electric generators, and before the diffuser there is an evacuated vessel, the inlet of which is connected to the aerodynamic pipe through an air duct with a controlled valve, and the output of the vacuumised container is connected to a vacuum pump.
