SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of meat and vegetable preserved food. Method includes preparation of recipe components, cutting and blanching of celery root, potatoes and onions, blanching and cutting of carrots. Parsley is cut and frozen. Meat is cut and chopped. Green peas are frozen. Meat, onions, hen's eggs, wheat breadcrumbs, table salt, black bitter pepper and marjoram are mixed to prepare minced meat, which is formed to shape meat balls. Carrots, potatoes, celery root, green peas, parsley and table salt are mixed without oxygen access. Meat balls, prepared mixture and bone broth are packed in containers, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
