FIELD: canned food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves chopping pork; cooking rice to doubled increase in weight; mixing said components with eggs and edible salt for producing of farce; forming farce to produce frikkadels; shredding and freezing fresh cabbage; blanching and cutting carrot; blanching and cutting potato, parsley root, pumpkin, vegetable pepper, and cauliflower; cooking peas and beans until increase in weight reaches 150%; cutting bulb onion and parsley greens; mixing, without oxygen access, cabbage, carrot, potato, parsley root, vegetable pepper, pumpkin, cauliflower, beans, peas, bulb onion, parley green, tomato paste, edible salt, and citric acid; packing frikkadels, resultant mixture and bone soup; pressurizing and sterilizing.

EFFECT: increased digestibility of canned food.
