SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to production of snack preserved food. Preserved food is cooked by boiling, peeling and cutting of hen's eggs, cutting and blanching of tomatoes, shallot and champignons, cutting and freezing of string beans, green onions, tarragon and parsley, cutting of tuna fish fillet and ham, wheat flour browning in melted butter, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with milk, table salt and black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture and dry white wine, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
