SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry. Preserved food is cooked by carrots grating and browning in melted butter, freezing of fresh green peas, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with hen's eggs, dried and finely ground breadcrumbs and table salt, fish fillet cutting and frying in melted butter, sequential packing of part of prepared mixture, fish fillet, remaining part of prepared mixture and milk, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
