SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to technology of production of preserved dinner first course dishes for space meals. Preserved food is cooked by onions cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer, beet tops and potherbs freezing and grinding in mincer, pork cutting and grinding in mincer, pearl barley boiling until mass doubles and grinding in mincer, mixing of specified components with sour cream, bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of preset type of micromycete and pyrolysis timber, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
