FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by cutting, blanching and mincer grinding of onions, freezing and mincer grinding of beet tops and potherbs, cutting and mincer grinding of smoked pork, pearl barley boiling until mass doubles and grinding in mincer. Specified components are mixed with sour cream, bone broth and table salt. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preserved food for space meals has higher assimilability compared to similar culinary dish.
