SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for treatment and prevention of commissure relapse. Laparotomy and laparoscopy are performed. Separation of damaged serous membranes is carried out. Mesothelisation is fulfilled by injecting 5% pectin gel into wound area. The method allows for preventing cohesion of surfaces for term of their mesothelisation.
EFFECT: method of treatment of commissures with prevention of surface cohesion for term of their mesothelisation.
