Under the polypropylene mesh endoprosthesis a catheter is fixed, its one end with a socket for the syringe is exteriorized on the skin, and the second end of the catheter in the form of a truncated cone is mounted on the inner surface of the above endoprosthesis through the hole in the central part of the polypropylene mesh endoprosthesis to deliver adhesion gel into the zone of the potential adhesion in the early postoperative period.
