SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for flap detachment when performing operations in parotic and malar regions. Cut backward from brow level to helix base is made. Dissection in layer under superficial fascia from tragus frontward is carried out: at the distance not more than 1 cm with tragoorbital line of less than 8 cm, and not more than 1.5 cm with tragoorbital line of 8 cm and more.
EFFECT: reduced risk of damaging branches of facial nerve when performing surgical operations in parotic and malar areas.
