FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns devices and methods of fluid borehole production treatment and is designed for crude oil treatment systems. The invention can be used in separation of various emulsions applied in chemical, food, metal industries etc. Fluid flows are fed into a first-stage precipitation tank through horizontal equidistant nozzles producing horizontal tangential fluid jets directly at the tank walls. Tangential borehole product feeding to the first-stage precipitation tank and second-stage stock tank maintains rotation of the whole product bulk in the tanks and evokes centrifugal forces.
EFFECT: improved crude oil treatment quality; streamlined maintenance; reduced fuel, energy and metal consumption.
