FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to milk and milk product separators and can be used to simultaneously produce several various-density components. The separator includes a truncated cone-shaped larger lower base drum fitted on the vertical shaft furnished with a cover with a draw ring, the drum accommodating a separator disk holder containing a pack of tapered disks. Note, the said drum is furnished with an inlet pipe, distributing channels for products to be separated and outlet channels for separated products. Note the disk taper increasing towards the base and two outlet channels provided in the drum periphery. Three removal channels are furnished in the separated products outlet section. Two cream separating channels feature axial motion. The cream removal channel pipe is made tapered relative to the inlet pipe.

EFFECT: decrease in the number of separators to produce various fat content creams.
