FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: device incorporates a set of nozzles to disperse cleaning liquid in the engine air intake air flow upstream the engine fan flow. The first nozzle is arranged so that to make cleaning liquid coming out of it strike onto the blades surfaces on, in fact, the pressure side, the second nozzle being arranged so that to make cleaning liquid coming out of it strike on the blades surfaces on, in fact, the suction side and the third nozzle being arranged so that to make cleaning liquid coming out of it pass, in fact, between the blades to get into the engine inner circuit input. The engine cleaning method is also proposed.
EFFECT: high-efficiency removal of various contaminants.
