FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of housing, curved carrier, turnable handle, actuating mechanism with grinding disc, adjusting nut, adjusting screw, holder, flexible holder, pressure exerting body and snap spring-trip. The housing is produced as two parts, on the outer side of which two arms with a clearance are installed. Curved carrier is fastened to one of the arms' upper end with a capability of displacement relative to its fastening elements along the segment of circle. Turnable handle is fastened to free end of the carrier. Actuating mechanism with grinding disc is connected with free end of turnable handle. Adjusting screw is conjugated with adjusting nut to set horizontal grinding depth.
EFFECT: high quality of chainsaw sawteeth grinding without dismounting the chain from saw band.
