SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in chain saws for trees feeling, branch cutting, etc. Saw chain comprises saw link and depth gage arranged ahead of link cutting edge and idle link. Cutting link has cutting part to be ground at upper edge for make the cutting edge. Idle link is coupled with cutting link and comprises stabiliser. Said stabiliser, depth gage and cutting parts can get in contact simultaneously with grinding tool. Invention covers various design versions including saw chain elements, sprockets etc to facilitate grinding cutting links in sawing.

EFFECT: stable and efficient grinding.
