FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: activator with a permanent magnet is fitted on the shaft for the magnet to rotate with the controlled equipment changing its position. Two hermetic contacts are arranged to be operated by the permanent magnet field effect in compliance with the shaft rotation direction. The count direction determination unit defines, proceeding from the hermetic contacts operation sequence, the shaft direction of rotation, i.e. direction of the equipment position change, and the reversing counter content increase or decrease pulses are generated to be sent to the aforesaid counter. The counter content current values defines the hoisting machine grid point to be sent to the output characteristic shaper. The latter, to comply with the values and parameters set by output characteristic controller 8, generates the pickup output signals, discrete, analog or digital. The supervisor controls the availability of the pickup outside power supply. With the pickup operated from the outside source, the supervisor switches over the switcher so that the hermetic contacts, count direction determination unit reversing counter are fed from the power supply circuit. In case the machine supply circuit voltage downs below the tolerance, the supervisor switches over the switcher so that the aforesaid units are supplied from the independent power source (storage battery) to allow controlling the equipment position change without outside power supply. In case the machine power supply is OK, the supervisor instructs the charger to charge the independent power source.
EFFECT: higher reliability of the position pickup and its expanded potentialities.
