SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to oil/gas producing and injecting wells drilling and operation. The system includes a hollow housing, which incorporates with piston-ram with central hydraulic channel and extendable cutter. Jet nozzles are installed at opposite sides of the perforator housing at 90° to its axis. Nozzles are directly connected with the piston-ram travel space in the perforator housing. Optionally, the perforator includes minimum four jet nozzles located by pairs one above the other at opposite sides of the housing.
