FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: device for perforation of wells consists of case connected with production string (PS), and of punches travelling in radial direction under force of working fluid pressure. The multiplier for conversion of working fluid pressure corresponds to serially arranged cylinders; a piston of the last cylinder is downstream kinematically connected with a hydraulic distributor of flow and switches it to transfer pressure of working fluid which makes punches travel and puncture the string; the piston also returns punches into an initial position. The punches are set in the cylinders with rod and rod-less cavities. The hydraulic distributor is connected with them by means of channels. It alternately connects them with the multiplier and with an internal cavity of the string.
EFFECT: more simplified design of perforator, also generation of required and sufficient force to form orifices in production strings with various hardness and thickness of walls.
