SUBSTANCE: invention relates to steam turbine rotor blade. Segment (38) of the spring intended for radial loading of turbine blade (10) in turbine rotor groove (26) incorporates, in fact, a round metal sheet with gap (42) between opposite sheet sides. The said sheet sets up an arc segment towards the said spring segment arc length and a set of radial cutouts (46) in the aforesaid sheet arranged with an interval towards the arc length to form a set of separate springs (44) in the said arc segment. Invention proposes also the assembly of turbine rotor and blade and the method of mounting the blade on the rotor.
EFFECT: decreasing the rotor assembly time, a consecutive spring-loading of the blades thrusting upon the rotor groove hook ruling out damaging the blades and/or the rotor.
