SUBSTANCE: heat supply and hot water supply system contents: heating boiler; fuel cell; storage tank which repeatedly collects and saves produced by fuel cell by the instrumentality of fluid reaction; radiator mounted inside house or building in which there are installed heating boiler and fuel cell, at that radiator heats room interior; pipeline for hot water where water is feed from outside, at that pipeline for hot water supplies hot water into house or building through the heating boiler and storage tank; pipeline of heated fluid supplying; which connects storage tank, heating boiler and radiator to each other as fluid inside storage tank is supplied to radiator through heating boiler; repeated collecting pipeline which connects radiator and storage-tank to each other as fluid implemented heat-exchange inside radiator is supplied in storage tank; control unit of the stream size which controls fluid discharge through pipeline of heated fluid supplying. Also it is described version of heat supply system.
EFFECT: reducing of used gas or oil product quantity being heated and water feed by the use of fuel cell and heating boiler.
