SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for analogue signal amplification within the structures of different functional analogue microchips (for example, operational amplifiers, and comparators). Differential amplifier includes input differential stage (1) with emitting circuit connected to current-stabilising transistor collector (CSTC) (2), offset voltage source (3) linked with CSTC base (2), current-stabiliszing impedor (CSI) 1 (4) linked with CSTC emitter (2) and auxiliary resistors 1 (5) and 2 (6), CSI 2 (7) connected to current output 1 (8) of input differential stage (1) and output transistor 1 (9), CSI 3 (10) coupled with current output 2 (11) of input differential stage (1) and output transistor base (12). Transistor collector (12) is linked with resistor 1 (5), transistor collector (9) being coupled with resistor 2 (6). Circuit is supplemented with non-linear differential voltage suppressor (NDVS) (13). Additional current mirror (14), additional output transistor 3 (15) and 4 (16) and NDVS inputs (13) are linked with transistor collectors (9) and (12). Transistor base (15) is connected to transistor base (12), while transistor base (16) is connected to transistor base (9). Transistor collector (15) is linked with current mirror input (14), with transistor collector (16) being connected to differential amplifier output (17) and current mirror output (14).
EFFECT: increased maximum output current of differential amplifier.
