FIELD: radio engineering and communications for usage as device for amplification of analog signals with broad dynamic range, in the structure of analog micro-chips of various functional purpose.
SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier contains input transistors (1,2), collectors of which are combined and connected to input of current mirror (4), and emitters are connected to emitters of output transistors (7) and (8) of opposite conductivity type through additional resistor (13) and auxiliary resistor (5), and also through additional resistor (14) and auxiliary resistor (5). Bases of output transistors (7,8) are connected to output (9) of current mirror (4) and to current-stabilizing dipole (10), and their collectors are connected to main outputs (11,12) of differential amplifiers. Bases of input transistors (1,2) are connected to appropriate bases of additional transistors (15,16). Emitter of transistor (15) is connected to common point of resistors (13) and (14), emitter of transistor (16) - to common point of resistor (14) and resistor (6), and collectors of transistors (15,16) are connected to first (17) and second (18) additional outputs of differential amplifier.
EFFECT: expanded range of active operation.
