FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method of preserved food production includes hen eggs boiling, peeling and grinding in mincer, freezing and mincer grinding of sorrel and thyme, onions cutting, browning in melted butter and grinding in mincer, carp fillet grinding in mincer, mixing of the said components with fish broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of preset type of micromycete, black bitter pepper and bay leaf, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preserved food for space meals has higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
