FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to production of calcium silicate bricks. The technical outcome is the possibility of handling large groups of bricks for moulding and stacking up calcium silicate-air bricks. The device consists of a moulding machine, on which there is a mould with chambers under the bricks. The unit also has a conveyer, located on the axis of supplying bricks from the moulding machine, and a steam wagon. A withdrawing device is fitted with provision for displacement along the conveyer, providing for moving the bricks from the moulding machine to the conveyer. A packer provides for moving the bricks from the conveyer to the steam wagon. Longitudinal walls of the chambers of the mould and the path, on which the steam wagon is fitted with provision for movement, are perpendicular to the conveyer. The cambers of the mould are in four rows, which are parallel to the conveyer. There are at least six chambers in each row.

EFFECT: possibility of handling large groups of bricks for moulding and stacking up calcium silicate-air bricks.
