METHOD FOR ADOBE BRICK PILING FOR THERMAL TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2206450 C1

FIELD: production of brick. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in transference of bricks to an accumulating conveyer, stepwise setting on it of a layer of bricks, subsequent piling. Before the beginning of work of the piler it is displaced to a position providing for a grip of the first layer, and before the next lifting and transference of bricks to the buggy the position of the initial row is determined with the aid of a computer-controlled unit. The rated coordinate in the zone of action of the piler of the final row of the next layer is determined in accordance with the piling chart, the actual position of the initial row of the next layer after displacement of the accumulating conveyer is determined with the aid of a registering device. The coordinate of the final row of the next layer is corrected with due account made for the actual position of the initial row, and the piler is automatically displaced to a position providing for a grip of the next layer of bricks. EFFECT: enhanced speed of piling. 2 cl
